Dates: 13–20 September 2025 (Johannesburg time)
Purpose: To close the old cycle gently and enter Ma 1 in rhythm. This is presence, not a performance.
Principles:
- Begin in the dark
- Less noise, more listening
- Release, then seed
1) Preparation Checklist (before Sep 13)
- Choose a quiet corner, candle, and a bowl of soil or a small plant.
- Print this kit or save it offline.
- Pick a simple notebook/notes app for reflections.
- Optional: create a small altar (photo, cloth, object of meaning).
- Music: ‘The Pulse of the South’ ambient track (3 min), or silence.
2) Daily Flow (Sep 13–20)
Each day needs only 10–20 minutes.
a) Breath (1–2 min): inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6.
b) Candle: light with one sentence of gratitude.
c) Prompt: answer the day’s question.
d) Close: a sip of water; touch soil.
